Training classes by experienced professionals
4319 Fountain Care ensure that all new and old members of the team are regularly trained in all aspects of care. It is important that carers know what to do during emergency situations, client behavioural issues and in the basics of care which is why we ensure both field-based training and assessments. We also provide supplementary courses to ensure our staff are well equipped for the job depending on the specialist care required.
We train our staff in the following areas:
- Parental Enteral feeding (PEG)
- Care of tracheostomy and suctioning
- Stoma Care
- Management of assisted breathing therapies i.e. CPAP, BIPAP and oxygen
In addition to this, we can also provide home care
and elderly and dementia care
services.
